2024

Occupying an unrivalled hilltop position, this project involved the comprehensive reinvention of a Binet master-built residence. The scope comprised of a substantial renovation to both the interior and exterior, including a considerable extension and the new construction of a detached guest house and entertaining suite. Respecting the home's original Tudor-style construction, the design approach sought to reinterpret the existing architectural language through a contemporary lens, retaining the integrity of the original structure while introducing refined spatial planning, modern detailing, and enhanced functionality. A disciplined monochromatic palette underpins the interior and exterior works, with emphasis placed on material quality, craftsmanship, and precision in construction. Bespoke joinery and carefully resolved details reinforce a cohesive architectural outcome, ensuring the home reads as a unified composition that balances traditional character with contemporary refinement.
