de Ville

Main Beach, QLD
2024

A complete internal reconfiguration of two adjoining apartments into a singular beachfront residence. Retained within the existing external envelope, the project involved a full gut and consolidation to unlock uninterrupted coastal elevations and expansive views. The former three-bedroom was rationalised into a refined two-bedroom luxury suite, prioritising spatial clarity, proportion and orientation. The architecture is defined by restraint and precision-spaces are resolved to maximise light, outlook continuity, establishing a calm and enduring dialogue between interior architecture and its beachfront context.

“Working with Woodland Architects was a blessing for our home. We wanted a space that felt modern but still warm and inviting, and they absolutely nailed it. We highly recommend them for architecture and design projects.”
